Where is my data stored?

All data is hosted on PostgreSQL servers in the European Union, on OVH infrastructure in France. Files and documents are stored in a Cloudflare R2 bucket in the EU.

Pilotd uses JWT authentication with HttpOnly refresh tokens, TLS-encrypted connections, and strict per-tenant data isolation at the application level. File URLs are signed and expire after 1 hour.
